Veteran grunge rockers Pearl Jam are back in the spotlight, announcing the release of their 8th self-titled studio album.  Slated for May 2nd, the album is supposedly the band’s most collaborative effort, featuring two songs written by guitarist Stone Gossard.  It is also their first studio album since 2002’s Riot Act.

World Wide Suicide is the first single off the album and is set to hit radio today.  You can download it here, free and legal, before you hear it over the airwaves.  It is also available for free on Pearl Jam’s official website, www.pearljam.com.
